Lately, it seems that some accounts are being created with nothing in
them (i.e., no .login, no .cshrc, no welcome, no Mail). I know of
three specific users this has happened to, and they all have their
directories on erato. I have also heard from a TA that "many" of her
students had the same problem.
Could someone please fix this so that new accounts will get dot files?
