RT pstat -f fix

On the RT, pstat -f gives a segmentation violkation. After many hours of
work the following fix was found:

To the file aeneas:/release/rt/source/rt/etc/Makefile

change line reading 

CFLAGS=		-O -DVFS

to 

CFLAGS=		-O -DVFS -DNFS

This was causing struture misalignment problems.
