Symptoms
NETNAME undefined in the .options file, printing raw text (and
probably anythign else) produces core dump in the spool dir.
Apparently, because NETNAME isn't defined, dname (in pscomm.c) isn't
initialized so the gethostbyname(dname) call (pscomm.c line 881)
coredumps. I've not had the chance to play around with a test version
to see if that's the root cause.
