dearest gary,
this is a disease with a simple cure - take the new
prototype files that have been part of 6.0x since
god-knows-when. tell the user community to do it, too.
when you do this, a lovely version of xmh, with none
of the uncultured rudeness of the above, will be yours
free-for-the-without-asking.
