This bug has been fixed in the source tree.
See transaction [0091] and following in source-reviewers.
You can fix this prior to the release by commenting out the
OtEST,EDT
line from your sendmail.cf (it is invalid syntax and thus causes GMT
time) and then re-freezing your config (sendmail-bz).
