Version 6.0R vax emacs wouldn't start. Here are my circumstances:
I am logged into :0.1 of a color workstation running X11. Someone else
(carla) is logged into :0.0. There is very little memory left on the
machine. I am running only a zwgc and one extra xterm. (no windowmanager).
Emacs is not crashing because of anything in my .emacs file; emacs -q fails
also. The core file is in my home directory : /mit/qjb/core.emacs
This is the vax 6.0R packs from bldg 11, by the way.
Sorry about the possible lack of organization of this bug report. I would
use emacs, but it won't start! :-)
