What were you trying to do?
Show a mail message using
athena% show 1 +misc
What's wrong:
It shows message number 1 in my inbox
(yes, it's weird, but very repeatable)
What should have happened:
It should have just shown the message, but didn't
because of the header
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1
mh on NetBSD couldn't handle it because the
NOMHNPROC environment variable isn't automatically
set on login (although it is set on athena login to
any other type of machine.

Doing
athena% setenv NOMHNPROC
completly fixed the problem (as well as another
one I was having with mh).
(I asked this as a mail question in olc on 12/5)
Right now I've solved things for myself by setting
this in my .environment, but it would be good to
have a more general fix, since this problem bothered
me for quite a while on ringworld last spring and it
is likely to affect other users.
