That's not true.  We don't have any support for Netscape, but there is
clearly either an Irix or AFS bug involved, and we have support for
both of those.  The correct thing to do, if we had the resources to do
it, would be to find a way to reproduce the bug (which is not
necessarily easy, but bug reports can help with that), try to
determine if it happens on an SGI without AFS, and report it to
Transarc or SGI depending on whether we think it's an Irix bug or an
AFS bug.

It's not a perfect world, and our usual response to random operating
system crashes is to ignore them, but I don't think it's right to
discourage users from reporting those bugs.
