What's wrong:
After running chfn, my information doesn't get changed, and reverts back
to what was there originally (which is completely bogus information).
chfn takes overnight to propogate the information to the finger
database. Also it will not update the info on any private
workstations. you need to get the administrator of that workstation
to update it there.
