w20-575-55 exhibited an bizarre lossage mode where while a user was
logged in, it locked up. STOP-A did nothing, and unplugging and
re-plugging the keyboard beeped, but nothing more.
I power cycled, ran test-all (both within and outside diagnostic mode)
and everything looked normal.
Notably, the PROM variable "watchdog-reset" was true. I would have
expected this condition (STOP-A does nothing, but the keyboard still
causes beeping) to have produced a watchdog reset. That it didn't
points away from my first suspicion, that being hardware failure.
Some kind of weird kernel bug (hi, bugs!)? 'dunno what a good way
to obtain data on this would be (ask the vendor?).
