System name: oliver
What's wrong:
If the program name (argument 1 to XtInitialize) contains a dot (.)
the "-rv" argument is not processed (while it *is* processed if the
name is all alphabetic.) {the bug may be worse or more complicated; I
am only looking at one example of it.}
What should have happened:
Default handling in XtInitialize shouldn't be sensitive to the
argument name in such pathological ways.
