I believe the current convention for paths is
/mit/infoagents/arch/@sys/netscape
You could check your path
add infoagents
printenv PATH
I think you will find that /mit/infoagents/sun4bin is not part of the path.
I'm not sure why netscape was not found. Are you using custom dotfiles?
Do you have a .path file?
You may want to work with OLC (online consultants) to determine what the
problem is.
