A message at http://lynx.cc.ukans.edu/lynx-dev/9608/0368.html purports
to have a patch for this problem. The author claims "Instead of
sending a Authorization header, Lynx is sending the preceding header
again. The following one line addition to HTTP.c fixes it:".
I suspect no one will be able to access password-protected pages
using the default lynx-2.5fm.960822 in infoagents until this is fixed.
