Hi, Roger.
What turns out to be wrong is actually a small bug in the x3270
program. It will be fixed in the next patch release, at which point
the prelogin option for MITVMA will work for both Solaris and Irix.
Until then, the prelogin option won't work; the workaround is to log
in and run "x3270" from the command line.
