What were you trying to do?
Put this in your "No, honest, it's really actually a FEATURE Department"
I guess.
For reasons of my own, I have for several years now been using C-z in
keybindings (like C-x C-z, or C-c C-z or C-M-z, or whatever).
Now, Emacs19 has added the FEATURE that C-z should be a signal to the
window manager, of all things, meaning Iconify this Window.
The Problem is that I am perfectly happy with the 413 ways I alredy have
set up in my .twmrc for Iconifying Windows, and DO NOT NEED another way
to do that. What I could use, however, is the ability to determine for
myself what my emacs key-bindings do, Without Getting The Window Manager
Involved Whatsoever.
I am sending this little note to both BUGS and FEATURES, and I will let
you guys slug this one out.
Thanks intensely.
Sincerely yours,
