It sounds like the problem is due to the working directory not being
set up properly.

If you are running Win3.1/WFW, select the Agent icon on your Program
Manager desktop. On the Program Manager menu, select File |
Properties. You will be presented with a dialog called "Program Item
Properties". Make sure the field that says "Working Directory" is set
to the directory that you want Agent to store its data files (usually
the same directory where Agent is installed).

If you are running Win95, right click on the Agent icon and select
Properties | Shortcut Tab. Make sure the field that says "Start in:"
is set to the directory that you want Agent to store its data files
(usually the same directory where Agent is installed).

As an alternative (this applies to all versions of Windows), you can
use the command line option to pass the working directory info on to
the Agent EXE file. Here's an example:

normal command line: c:\agent\agent.exe

you can use this: c:\agent\agent.exe c:\agent\mystuff for the
command line
                                      ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

This will tell the Agent EXE to use the c:\agent\mystuff directory to
store its data files.

BTW, have you changed your email address? The address you have sent
this message from is not the address we have on record for you.

If you have changed your address, please let us know by sending an
email to support. BE SURE TO TELL US ALL OF YOUR OLD EMAIL ADDRESSES
(ones you might have used when you purchased Agent), and your new email
address. We need your old address to locate you in our database and
then update the record with your new one.

If you haven't changed your address, but are sending this message from
an alternate address (such as a work address), please let us know
this. This will allow us to add the additional address to your record.

Thank you.
