As the "Tracker" referred to in numerous posts, and as the defacto
cult "leader", I would like to add my opinion.

This "Tippsy McStagger" (sberry@ivory.trentu.ca) has disrupted the
harmony of an entire newgroup. He has reported me and others to our
ISPs for reported "violations of the FAQ", meaning we sometimes have
threads that are off-topic or that violate whatever his sense of
propriety may be.

He has commissioned himself a NETCOP, and has made numerous enemies
by chastising us for our internal conversations and reporting us to
our ISPs. He didn't follow proper netiquette by "lurking" and
getting a feel for the group and people before jumping in and
becoming the playground bully. He is trying to chase the regulars
off our own group.

I, and others (many more affidavits will follow if you so request)
feel that he is the one abusing the Usenet, not the ones he accuses
of doing so. He considers a FAQ to be a book of lawful rules and
regulations, not a collection of questions and answers. This is an
alt. group (alt.revenge) and there are no rules, nor is it moderated.
He is attempting to force the regulars to conform to rules that he
makes up as he goes along.

We (The Tracker Cult - 20+ people) request that you review his posts
and activities and email to our ISPs and take action to insure that
he will not disturb us again

Most Sincerely

Tracker
