Thanks for the acknowledgment.
My internet provider was the culprit. Considering how long it took all the
USIT subscribers to realize none of their ng postings was getting outside, I
think aol may be close to losing its spot at the top of the clueless heap.
But it's fixed now!
Tracker also responded. I told him that, his having conferred the title
"Lady" upon me during all this back-and-forth e-mail, I shall henceforth
post to alt.revenge as "Lady Libra." Question: in my 'User Profile,' can I
put in any made-up e-mail address in order to try to preserve my anonymity
(at least in a limited fashion)? For instance, can I put 'From:' as
'libra@fishing.net' even though there is no such address?
