Umm...
To be brief:
tcl in the tcl locker is broken for many architectures because
of a screwup on my part when I installed 7.5 and 4.1 for NetBSD.
It's in my queue to fix this. Unless it's real important it probably
won't happen this week as I'm in Montreal for IETF.
If it's important that it be fixed prior to this weekend, please speak
up and I'll see what I can do.
