Mary, thanks for providing the name of your machine. I was able to
determine that you did steps 2-6 correctly. Athena has a program called
"sendbug" that lets you compose a message that already has the machine
name / release info needed; you should use it next time.
Here are the steps you may not have done yet:
1. Send mail to net-help@mit.edu giving the name of your
machine and asking for a rcmd srvtab.
7. Wait for a reply to your request for a srvtab.
8. Follow net-help's instructions for installing your
srvtab.
(Step 7 wasn't there before - I just now added it for clarity.)
