I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "directly not from dash". The
only situation I can think of that would cause the error you reported is
accessing frame in the frame 4.0 locker *without* attaching the locker.
Is this what you were doing? There are several problems with attempting
to do this, but you can do the following:
athena% add frame_v4.0
athena% maker
if you want to directly launch frame 4.0.
