(This is really marc, and the problem is really weird.)
When user "raj" tries to run frame on a sparc, the window pops up,
sits there with an hourglass cursor for about 15 minutes, then says:
Can't select on client hello 4.
maker: Cannot initialize API client ClickPrint.
Check for errors in fminit/usenglish/APIArea/apiclients, verify that the client programs exist, and make sure you have enough swap space to run the clients.

Frame API client "ClickPrint": unable to make initial contact.
Part of this message is in a dialog box, too. When you continue from
the dialog, frame exits. This problem occured on several different
sparc, but worked fine on the same machines as another user.
Logging in with no customizations seemed to fix the problem, but the
user has no seemingly problematic customizations (strange
windowmanager, exhausted colormap, bad path, etc.)

P.S. While I was helping this user, another user (myshao) complained and demonstrated the same problem.
