Actually I purposefully left the Ethernets active. If this is abused, it
will get changed pretty quick :-). Non net-18 advertisements will be stoped
before they get to NEARnet anyway. Only my Butt Razer is permitted to steal
IP addresses!

Flash Override is a DOD network term (this is a leftover from IP's military
roots). DOD phones have an extra row of touch tone buttons. They are
labeled something like: "priority", "priority override", "flash" and "flash
override." Each one is higher priority then the previous. Each one also has
a defined use (at least Flash and Flash Override do). Flash is defined for
the use in "National Defense" (as in defense of the continent). [Thus all
the "Flash traffice on the ELF" lines in submarine movies]. Flash Override
is only for messages required for "National Survival" (as in we are about
to get nuked!).
