[13970] in Athena Bugs
MR-TOAD (SGI) crashes.

Lately, mr-toad (the SGI in 11-116) has been crashing routinely. Someone
last week recieved a "Memory Parity Error in SIMM S3" message after a
crash. Just now, the machine crashed for no reason I could see. It
generated a 23 MB savecore file, in case anyone wants to check for a
software problem. /var/adm/SYSLOG shows no message about what caused the
crash. The savecore is in /var/adm/crash/vmcore.10.comp. Also, mr-toad
uses the beta-sgisys packs.
I reported the SIMM message to hotline, but I don't think they have gotten
around to looking at the machine.
