Using Techmail for Windows....

Hi... I have configured our Techmail for two users (different .ini files in 
seperate directories...)
At first I was able to create mailboxes, and refile my email using the 
Mail->Refile command... Now it doesn't respond attempts to invoke the 
command...
Have any ideas???..
