Well, that helps a little. I tried if, and of course had no problem. I
suggest that the next time this happens, you try the following and send
me any interesting output.
1. Make sure that you can still access the actual ddview command. Type
ls -l /afs/athena/software/autocad_v12/dist/sun4/acad/support/ddview*
2. Check your tickets & AFS tokens:
klist
3. Do any AutoCAD commands work? Something simple like line, or can you
save the drawing or anything? Start up help?
4. Try re-attaching the locker
attach autocad_v12
5. What do the menus look like? Normal? Anything grayed out?
I'm sorry I don't have an answer, but I'm still trying to figure out
what could be happening. I don't suppose you customized AutoCAD in any
way?
