It would be nice if the full paths to programs were specified in
the athena setup (/usr/athena/lib/init/*). For examples, there
are two 'from' programs and when I put /usr/ucb in front of the
athena_path I get the wrong one. The /usr/ucb programs are much better
than the sun versions of the same, hence the need for this order.
It would also be nice if send bug did something like "comp -e $EDITOR"
since not everybody uses emacs.
