What were you trying to do?
I pulled down a menu in xcodedenter 4.1.0. The first item in the menu was a dashed-line separator. I could selected it (which is what I am not supposed to be able to do!) and so I did (fun fun fun...).
What's wrong:
Besides the fact that I could select a separator, which is cool per se :), that had an interesting effect: First of all, a permanent image of the menu appeared in the CC window. (I did it for several menus... maybe even all of them!) Next, it had frame just like an ordinary mwm window, which, naturally, changed color as I moved my mouse pointer over the menu. Now, the modal windows that appeared and had these menu-images in them could actually be clicked on, and menu selection bar actually appeared as if the windows were actuall menus... and they worked. I could start any option from them, except they had no separator this time. So, alas, I thought I could turn them off by selecting the separator again. But no! I pulled down another, normal instance of the menu. It looked just like it had looked the first time I pulled it down... but... I couldn't select the separator anymore :( Luckily, the modal menus/windows were properly disposed of when I exited CC.
What should have happened:
