Three bugs have come to my attention:

1) The name of a window supplied by 'xterm -n name -e program' gets
overridden by the name 'program' (i.e. the window's name becomes
'program' rather than 'name').

2) Part of the minute hand on xclocks doesn't always refresh, leaving a
ghost image on the clock face.

3) xmodmap, when used to remap key bindings, doesn't always take effect
in all windows. This happens on both RT's and VS's, but the most common
problem is that on RT's all windows except the login window get remapped
properly. (The login window doesn't get remapped at all.) Whether
xmodmap works properly seems to be consistent on a particular
workstation, but to vary from one workstation to another (though I don't
have enough data to be sure of this).

For the purpose of your trying to reproduce this bug, the command I'm
invoking is:

	xmodmap /mit/jcb/.dvorak_modmap.{vax,rt}

or	xmodmap /mit/jcb/.qwerty_modmap.{vax,rt}

The files are world readable. Be forewarned if you try this that the
former command, if it works, will switch your keybindings to the Dvorak
keyboard, and the latter will restore your keybindings to the familiar
qwerty keyboard. While the Dvorak keyboard may be about 50% faster than
the qwerty keyboard, this relies on the typist being used to it. :-)
