Hello!

The cache corruption problem with gcc and g++ on the Sparc 5's is becomming
more of a problem. A number of users are losing important work. I was
affected by this bug as well, and if it weren't for keeping backups in
several different places, I would have lost months of work.

It seems that gcc and g++ should be disabled, or a message should appear
warning the user of the problem when executed on a Sparc5.

I also understand that gcc is being suggested in a couple of programming
classes. If this is the case, then there will be a number of students
that lose work.

Thanks!
