infoagents locker brokeness: dependancy on outland

this is wrong, and it will stop working very soon, as outland will no
longer have a top-level symlink from `sun4etc' to `arch/sun4m_53/lib' (no,
that's not a typo).
I would like to remove acroread from outland soon. I'd like to make sure
that the infoagents locker version works first, however.
