In my opinion, "attach" should not add an entry to attachtab if the filesystem
is already mounted. This destroys the usefulness of /etc/fstab on the
machine if NFS filesystems were included. It basically gives a normal user
access to unmount a filesystem which would have otherwise required root
access.
