I can not print out with Splus

Dear Sir/Madam,
Yesterday afternoon, Splus system on DEC was
changed, and now I can not print out the picture
with Splus, the error message is,
lpr: ps.out.0021.ps: ps.out.0021.ps: unknown
printer.
What should I do now, would you please help me
to fix it as soon as possible.
