The logs are in the oworkstations meeting. They're usually of the type
"this isn't working, I'm getting this error message; try running
volcheck; didn't work; can't eject; etc". We've had people walk over as
well.
But as for the programs, it's mainly mtools, workman, mounting CD-ROMs,
and ejecting. The usual set. Sometimes volcheck solves everything,
sometimes not.
