What were you trying to do?
access help from within mosaic using help pull-down menu
What's wrong:
time-out icon appeared and did not go away, could not do anything within nosaic including quit. I had to logout to get out of mosaic
What should have happened:
help file should have appeared

I have tried this once before with same results so I don't know what is supposed to happen.
