bug in attach and detach?

 When using attach with RVD lockers (VS, release 6.0R):

   1) attach works first time through

   2) detach appears to work correctly

   3) next attach fails, giving this message:

        Can't mount /dev/vd1a on /mnt - Device busy

 Reboot or spindown are only rarely sucessful in correcting the problem
