hi. the problem here is that TROFF and TCAT are not set in the environment,
so man falls back on the default TROFF and "lp -c -T troff".
to correct this, do
setenv TROFF "psroff"
setenv TCAT "cat"
olc should add this to the stock answers.
rel-eng might consider setting this in the environment for SUNs.
rcaileff did the work.
