fs mkm foo root.cell -cell abs
What went wrong?
I didn't wait till the abs cell was in the CellServDB
so it dumped core after complaining
What should have happened?
Yo, got any documentation, or other info?

OK, so this isn't that big a deal. However, it would be nice if
