Ok here's what I know about the "Do you want to save changes? (Y)" bug.

It is reproducable on infocalypse. It is reproducable on suns other than inf.  
To reproduce it start autocad12, make some changes, and then log out, but 
I do not think that this is a bug worth doing anthing about because normal 
cluster machines kill autocad (stoping the message) while cleaning up.  Inf
does not kill autocad though.  Is this how inf should be?

I will spend some time later trying to reproduce the other bug.

Normal athena clean up kills it >be for xlogin starts though, so
