Use the macsyma locker. Which the docs say:
Macsyma
Description: Macsyma is a symbolic math program with capabilities
comparable to Maple and Mathematica. Newer versions also have
extensive graphics output options. Macsyma is available by a
donation from the vendor and is here on an "as is" basis only; bug
fixes and updates are not guaranteed.

What's wrong:
It's not "add macsyma" it's "add macsym" according to the consultant I
asked.
