PROBLEM NOTICE EVERY TIME TECHMAIL OPENS

Hi.  We are using TechMail-WIN ver 1.03 and everytime one of our three 
users opens the application, we get an error message to the effect that we 
are using either an older or an unregistered version of the software.  
Should we contact our network administrator here in E40-237A or what?
