``login.krb'' serves the same function as /usr/athena/bin/login on
Athena platforms with a working kerberized telnetd. The existance of
/afs/sipb/project/sgi is only an interim one, and we did not choose to
``waste'' time to rename various files from the Cygnus kerberos
distribution (which is where that tree comes from) when we expected
RelEng to get this stuff working in the near future.

A login.krb or /usr/athena/bin/login or whatever it is called is
necessary in the current telnetd paradigm.

So, if you change your mind, it's in the same tree, specifically:

/afs/sipb.mit.edu/project/sgi/build/kerberos/src/appl/bsd/login.krb
