What's wrong:

login: Not enough space while calling krb5_get_in_tkt_with_password
and later...
Warning: no access to tty (Not a typewriter).
Thus no job control in this shell.
What should have happened:

in via rlogin is not cleaning up utmp and the pty permissions. I don't know
how it works on most systems, but on here the pty permissions seem peristent
...
Of course, login is setuid, isn't it? Why not have it reset the pty
permissions itself?
