Hi!

A long time ago, you sent in this bug report.  I'm sorry that it has
taken so long to get back to you, but I wanted you to know that the
problem has been fixed.  As of tomorrow morning, the edit command does
not exhibit this behavior.  In fact, it is no longer defined as an
external command.
