Hello:
There is apparently a bug in the units for XFIG.
When trying to edit an existing circle using the EDIT mode selected on the
Editing modes bar at the left of the drawing, the Radius of the circle as well
as the position are given not in inches, but in units where 80units = 1inch.
To be consistant with the selection of inches as the unit of measure, the
position and redius of a circle should be given in inches not generic graphics
units. The same is true in metric units.
