Perhaps it would be reasonable for /srvd/patch/lpquota to be
a shell-script outputting a message clearly explaining the problem,
rather than leaving the confusion? I suppose care ought to be taken
to keep this from breaking other programs which themselves invoke
lpquota, but I think that could be dealt with...
