Some time ago I wrote about the fact that TechMail for Windows fould not
Exit on an occasion. Now I was able to determine that such behavior is
exibited every time you Commit Changes and immediately try to exit. If
between the times when you Commit changes and exit, you open a message
for example, everything looks normal. I hope this helps.
