I just tried man enscript on a sun, and we still have an option...
-h suppress printing of job burst page.
I then tried printing, and it worked fine (single-sided).
looking at rsaix, I didn't see -h in the options. However, I doubt that
this would cause the double-sided printing you saw, and especially
the continued double-sided printing.
one question--in the environment (printenv) what are PRINTER and LPR
set to? you might also look for ENSCRIPT.
thank you for reporting this, but we haven't changed the athena defaults
to double-sided printing.
