AIX 3.2.5, which will be installed later in the term on Athena
RISC/6000s supports the type of service (TOS) setsockopt system call.
Telnet is currently complaining that this system call fails because it
isn't supported by 3.2.3e; this complaint will go away with the new
version of the OS.
