What's wrong:
Last year, a bug in the footnote environment in scribe was reported.
This bug is that the footnote font size is defined to be two less than
the font size of whatever environment it comes from. The problem is
that footnotes that come from inside a quotation environment (which
uses smaller text than regular document text) are smaller than other
footnotes.
This bug was reported, as I said, sometime last year, when we were
still using Scribe Version 5. It has not been fixed in Scribe Version
6.
What should have happened:
It should be fixed in Scribe Version 6. Is there any way we can get
on the backs of the people who produce Scribe to fix this bug?
Alternatively, can we switch to LaTeX?
